Electric butterfly valve in aluminium alloy compressed air pipeline is an important valve used to control the flow of gas. Electric butterfly valve adopts circular butterfly plate as the opening and closing member, and rotates with the valve stem to open, close and regulate the fluid passage. The butterfly plate of butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline, and in the cylindrical channel of the valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When the butterfly plate rotates to 90°, the valve is in the fully open state. Electric butterfly valve has the characteristics of simple structure, small volume, light weight, material consumption, small installation size, rapid switching, small driving torque, etc., and has good fluid control characteristics and closing sealing performance. In aluminium alloy compressed air pipeline, the main function of electric butterfly valve is to accurately regulate the flow in the pipeline by rotating the valve disc. When the valve disc is fully open, the fluid can pass through smoothly, giving full play to the flow capacity of the pipeline; and when the valve disc rotation angle decreases, it will produce a certain degree of resistance to the fluid, so as to achieve the accurate adjustment of the flow. In addition, the electric butterfly valve can also prevent backflow and regulate pipeline pressure to ensure the stable operation of the pipeline system.
